Summary: Seventeen-year-old Teagan McNeel falls for captivating Garreth Adams and soon discovers that her crush has an eight-point star etched into the palm of his right hand-the mark of an angel.
But where there is light, dark follows, and she and Garreth suddenly find themselves vulnerable to a dark angel’s malicious plan that could threaten not only her life, but the lives of everyone she knows, and now, she is torn between one angel’s sacrifice and another angel’s vicious ambition.
Divinely woven together, Angel Star takes readers on a reflective journey when one angel’s sacrifice collides with another angel’s vicious ambition in a way that is sure to have readers searching for their own willpower.
My Thoughts: I’m drawing a blank today. Perhaps it’s because I’ve been moving through books at an inhumanly fast pace (at least for me). Perhaps writer’s block has hit. I dunno. What I do know is that this was a good book that kept me reading. The story takes place over a matter of a few days, and is quite fast-paced. There really isn’t a lull in the action at all. I opened it for the first time this afternoon and read it in a matter of hours (and yes, as always, I stopped to deal with kids and have meals). Will I read it again? Maybe. Will I look for the sequel? You bet! Would I recommend this? If you like angels, paranormal books, the battle between Good and Evil, etc. then you probably will like it. Even if this isn’t your usual genre (as it isn’t my first choice in genres), I think you’ll enjoy Angel Star.
My Rating: 3.5 of 5 stars Note: On Goodreads it’s actually 4 stars, because half stars aren’t possible on there.

You may have not known what to write but if this wasn't already on my Wishlist you would have sold me. And the good vs evil, that got me excited. Not my normal genre either but this one looks good.
My recent post What are you reading- Monday
Glad I could help!
